When I placed my order for a ResumeCopy or Cover LetterCopy package, a red box appeared on the screen asking me to wait 5 minutes and try again. I have tried again and I still get the red box error message.
This problem can be because our credit card processor is unable to contact your bank for verification of the credit card account. This is usually a temporary problem and you can try again a little later to complete the order.
BUT
Sometimes this error statement comes up if you have entered an incorrect credit card account number or expiration date. Please go back and verify that you entered the correct numbers.
