I have paid for a ResumeCopy or Cover LetterCopy package and I have not received my access codes by email.
Once you have completed the payment form, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you entered on the form. If you have not received our email it could be because of a simple typo, spelling, or upper or lower case error in the address you provided.
The solution is simple:
You can send us an email to customerservice@resumecopy.com telling us that you have not received your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Or if you are in a hurry;
Go back to the Order Form www.resumecopy.com/orderresumecopy and place another order, being very careful to enter the correct email address. We will automatically eliminate all duplicate charges to your account. We are a BBB certified business and we will not charge you twice for the same product.
